CULINARY ARTS MANAGEMENT MAJOR
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Culinary Arts Management (CAM) major prepares students for a career in the food and beverage industry. Graduates will be qualified for entry-level management positions with the capability of advancing to general management positions. Students selecting electives from the beverage curriculum can specialize in beverage management.
