The Beverage Management major provides specialized education to persons planning to pursue management careers in the food and beverage industry, especially those who intend to focus on the beverage segment of the industry. Career opportunities in this unique segment include bar management, night club management, beverage sales/distribution, sommelier, liquor store management, and hotel beverage director.
