PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This Graduate
Certificate is a 16-credit program designed to instruct
high school teachers how to design and teach a course in
commercial cooking. The
program provides teachers with the skills necessary to focus on Culinary
Arts Instruction, Restaurant Management Instruction as
well as techniques necessary for success in these areas.
