THE DEPARTMENT
The Hotel Management department offers courses in hotel operations, gaming, human resources, information technology, and law. The department offers a Bachelor of Science in Gaming Management and majors in Gaming Management or Lodging and Resort Management with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration. The department offers concentrations in Human Resources and Casino Operations and additionally focuses on lodging operations, vacation ownership (timeshare), facilities management, security, law and technology.
The Hospitality Technology Laboratory, which meets the computing needs of the entire college, is also housed within this department.
