FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
This department offers an array of food and
beverage courses, complete with hands-on laboratory experiences,
extensive interaction with leaders in the food and beverage
industry, and traditional classroom lectures and demonstrations.
Offering a Bachelor of Science in Culinary
Arts Management, students can choose between two majors:
Culinary Arts Management or Beverage Management. Or students
can choose Foodservice Management with a Bachelor of Science
in Hotel Administration. The department also provides all
of the college's majors with a necessary background in food
and beverage operations. In addition, the department operates
a dining room, cocktail lounge, and three kitchens.
