Chef Artist Dinner Series
The chefs for these four-course dinners are invited to prepare their hand-picked signature menu items, pair them with wines, and visit with the guests. Proceeds from the events provide student scholarships, funds for faculty development opportunities, and money for the purchase of new equipment.

The upcoming Chef Artist Dinner will feature André Rochat, known as Las Vegas’ original celebrity chef. Born in the French Alps and working his way through France, he found himself in Boston in 1965. After cooking at several prestigious east coast hotels, he moved to Las Vegas. Once here, he opened his first successful business, Savoy French Bakery in 1973. Chef Rochat’s Alizé and Andre’s are AAA Four Diamond Award Winners and were recognized in 2008 and 2009 by the Michelin Guide with a One Star rating.

Stan Fulton Bistro
"Modern," "colorful," and "fun" would all describe the Bistro at the Stan Fulton Building. This well-designed lounge serves small plates, appetizers, and a wide selection of standard and specialty beverages.

Hours: 5-7:30 p.m., Thursday and Friday. Location: Stan Fulton Building, 801 E Flamingo Rd. (southeast corner of Flamingo and Swenson) Prices: from $4 to $8
