Mission

The mission of the Harrah Hotel College Mentor Program is to give students the opportunity to meet industry professionals of diverse cultures and ethnic backgrounds who are willing to share their knowledge, experience and advice to help students make better career choices. Additionally, the program seeks to foster relationships with the employer community to provide students with an insight into the world of work and to help prepare them for successful hospitality careers. Ultimately, the program seeks to encourage students to stay in college and persist to graduation.
