Hotel Management Department
The Hotel Management Department provides courses in hotel operations, gaming, human resources, information technology, and law. The Bachelor’s of Science in Hotel Administration degree is housed in this department with options for a major in Gaming Management or Lodging and Resort Management. In addition, the department offers a Bachelor of Science in Gaming Management degree.
A wide variety of courses related to hospitality are available through this department including vacation ownership (timeshare), facilities management, security, diversity, organizational behavior and strategic management.
