UNLV BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT CLUB
About the Beverage Management Club The purpose of the Beverage Management Club is to educate students in all aspects of beverage product production, identification, tasting, and purchasing, as well as how to manage beverage operations effectively and profitably. We hold a variety of seminars, tastings, and food and beverage pairings both on-campus in the Boyd Dining Room in Beam Hall and at local restaurants and bars. The club is open to any UNLV undergraduate and graduate student, and Hotel College faculty, staff, and alumni. As the majority of our events involve alcoholic beverages, you must be 21 or older to attend.
Fees
We do not have a membership fee for the club. We charge per event. In general, functions on-campus cost $5 per person and functions off-campus cost $10 - $20 per person. Cash only, please.
Get Involved
We are always looking for members who would like to play a more active role in planning and setting up meetings. Volunteers can attend on-campus functions at no charge and have priority for attending events with space limitations.
