The William F. Harrah College
of Hotel Administration is conveniently located in Frank & Estella
Beam Hall (next to the Moyer Student Union). The college is home
to many facilities, including two fully operational commercial
kitchens, two state-of-the-art computer laboratories, a spacious
conference center, and the Southern Wine & Spirits Lounge,
to name a few. Facilities also include the Stan Fulton Building
, home of the International Gaming Institute, located on the northwest
corner of campus. This building has within it a 4,000-square-foot
casino laboratory that offers a technologically advanced learning
environment for students and industry professionals. These on-campus
facilities are designed to simulate “real world” settings
and provide students with a place to implement and practice their
skills.
